In this highly participative and learner centered workshop, new or prospective supervisors will acquire a set of skills that will help them survive and thrive in today’s fast moving and challenging business environment.

About the Lead Instructor: David Hagel
Dave Hagel is a senior Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with more than twenty-five years of experience delivering value added human resources outcomes in both union and union-free private sector businesses across Canada.
Dave has delivered thousands of hours of training to hundreds of graduates. He teaches in the Continuing Education and Corporate Training programs at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario and Humber College in Toronto.
Dave has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute for Effective Speaking and Human Relations program. He is also a member of the Trafalgar Toastmasters Club in Oakville.
