Sexual Harassment Prevention

A Half-Day Workshop
Presented by HR Proactive Inc.,
with Workshop Leader, Susan Jostman

This half-day workshop addresses the serious subject of sexual harassment in the workplace. It will cover information about sexual harassment—what it is and what it is not. This workshop ensures compliance with sexual harassment law. We will cover the gray areas looking at how the law applies to various scenarios.

The workshop is an information session design on the topic of sexual harassment. The goal of the information session is to raise participants’ awareness with respect to key issues related to the topic of sexual harassment.

Learning objectives include:
  • Achieving an understanding of the definitions of sexual harassment in the workplace;
  • Increasing knowledge of the range and types of behaviour that constitute sexual harassment;
  • Gaining insight into the responsibilities of employees, employers and managers; and
  • We will review the steps an employee can take if they believe they are being harassed.
  • And much, much more!
An interactive session providing useful materials, case studies, statistics, use of video, reference materials and helpful practical tips and tools.
